Key Responsibilities- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain efficient office operations
- Coach and develop staff to achieve performance goals and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to achieve operational objectives and improve patient satisfaction
- Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced dental office environment
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving staff and patient issues
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
