Dental Office Manager

Sage Dental is a leading Dental Support Organization (DSO) in the Southeast, committed to delivering innovative technology and patient-centric care. We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Assistant Office Manager in Orlando.
Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Office Manager, the Assistant Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing employee and patient relations, and achieving operational goals. This role requires strong leadership and team building skills, as well as the ability to effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of dental professionals to achieve performance goals
- Implement and maintain efficient office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coach and resolve staff and patient issues, providing excellent customer service
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Minimum of two years of experience managing a fast-paced dental office
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and ability to effectively communicate with patients
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
