Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one nursing care to a special child in their home. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a family in need.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric nursing and be able to work independently in a home setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to a child in their home
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the child's unique needs
  • Administer medications and perform wound care as needed
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the child's family and healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the child's healthcare team to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Valid nursing license
  • 1 year of RN experience, preferably in pediatric nursing
