Pediatric Primary Care Medical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Primary Care Medical Director to lead our regional pediatric primary care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of our pediatric primary care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our pediatric primary care leadership team to identify and develop initiatives to improve pediatric primary care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency of pediatric primary care services
  • Collaborate with our medical directors and leadership team to develop and implement operational, financial, and clinical strategies
  • Provide medical group leadership and support to our pediatric primary care team
  • Participate in quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives to improve pediatric primary care services

Requirements:

  • MD/DO/NP/PA required from an accredited school
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of clinical practice experience
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience
  • Prior leadership training is preferred
