Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to oversee payroll and accounts payable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer bi-weekly payroll for a workforce of 250 employees, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and timely payments.
- Oversee the complete accounts payable process, which includes invoice management, payment execution, and vendor relations.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll documentation and generate reports for executive analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to manage payroll-related updates, including onboarding, separations, and benefits modifications.
- Conduct account reconciliations and support the month-end closing activities.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations that impact payroll and accounts payable functions.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
