About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Netfor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer inquiries and requests.
  • Process customer orders and changes in accordance with established department policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to the company regarding service issues or customer concerns.
  • Thrive on getting positive customer satisfaction survey comments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
