About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Thrive Pet Healthcare. As a key member of our client care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage client records, and coordinate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless care.
  • Client Communication: Greet clients and patients, answer phone calls, and provide clear and concise information about our services and policies.
  • Transaction Processing: Process payments, manage accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Medication and Refills: Assist with medication refills, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Client Education: Provide educational materials and guidance to clients on pet care and health.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for clients and staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Computer Experience: Proficient in computer software and systems, with experience in veterinary practice management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, staff, and veterinarians.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Close attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
