Our small clinic family is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated employee who is a team player for a one-veterinarian, small yet busy veterinary practice. We have a full-time receptionist position open. Duties include answering two phone lines to make appointments and answer questions when able. Get charts together for appointments each day, maintaining filing, making copies, helping with cleaning, and end of day reports etc.. We all have our certain areas of expertise yet we all help each other with all positions since we are a small clinic. Experience is necessary. Pay will depend on level of expertise. We offer 7 paid holidays, and after the first year a week of paid time off (PTO). Also, at each of our birthdays the birthday person gets to pick a restaurant to go to and our doctor takes us all out for lunch, and we have a Christmas party at a restaurant each December as well.
