Human Resources Department Overview: The HR Department at CAMBA oversees all facets of human resources, including employee benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and training and development.

Position Overview:
Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management Operations:
    • Manage HR-related inquiries through designated communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
    • Process employment verification requests and prepare necessary documentation.
    • Address employee information requests from state unemployment insurance authorities.
    • Oversee the processing of garnishments, ensuring proper notifications to relevant parties.
    • Communicate updates regarding salary adjustments, status changes, and bonuses to staff as needed.
    • Maintain and update data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate reports as required.
  2. Compliance and File Maintenance:
    • Maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and conducting internal audits as necessary.
    • Respond to requests for employee information from various regulatory bodies.
    • Assist in the preparation of employee files for internal and external audits.
    • Coordinate and track professional credentials, ensuring they are current and reporting as needed.
    • Manage driving records and communicate any eligibility issues to relevant management.
  3. Offboarding Activities:
    • Facilitate the employee separation process in collaboration with the HR team and various programs.
    • Notify IT of employee terminations and coordinate the return of company equipment.
    • Send resignation acceptance notifications and manage exit interview communications.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during the termination process.
  4. Onboarding Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for interns and temporary staff, collaborating with relevant teams.
    • Provide backup support for other HR onboarding team members as needed.
    • Create identification for new hires as required.
  5. Administrative Functions:
    • Assist with financial requests related to HR activities.
    • Support various HR departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs and procedures.
    • Perform additional duties and projects as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle various tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
Compensation: $45,000 annually. Salary ranges reflect the low and high end for the position and are determined by various factors including experience, education, and internal equity.

Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
