We are a dedicated Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) offering round-the-clock mental health and substance use crisis intervention services. Our goal is to avert unnecessary hospital admissions and assist individuals in distress in obtaining the necessary support.
Position Overview:We are looking for a committed professional to join our team in delivering crisis intervention services. This position entails evaluating and triaging mental health crisis calls, performing risk evaluations, and identifying the suitable level of care for clients requiring assistance.
Primary Duties:- Answer mental health crisis calls and carry out assessments
- Offer support and resources to individuals experiencing crises
- Work in conjunction with local law enforcement and crisis hotlines
- Utilize telemedicine platforms as required
Essential: A Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related discipline. Knowledge of Florida Baker Act regulations.
Desirable: Licensure in the State of Florida as a psychologist, social worker, or counselor.
