About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as a Customer Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department in various aspects, including assisting customers on the phone and in person, answering service-related questions, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering service-related questions, and providing information about our services.
  • Work closely with the Service Department team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
