Koinonia Family Services is seeking a skilled Youth Behavioral Specialist to join our team in Reno. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide behavioral management and case work services to youth in the after-school day treatment setting. With the support of experienced clinicians, you will:

  1. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for each assigned youth
  2. Plan and co-lead psycho-educational groups to promote interpersonal effectiveness skills and self-management
  3. Maintain accurate and comprehensive case files for each assigned youth

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field. A reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a good driving record are also essential.
