Overview

At Rite of Passage, we are committed to delivering exceptional Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team, who will work directly with clients to implement behavior analytic services and collect and maintain appropriate behavior data under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, school, and home settings.
  • Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
  • Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a current State Driver's License and Insurance.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, including fingerprints, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
  • Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible to work in the United States.
