Senior Public Health Project Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Public Health Project Manager to join our team at Peers & Partners Inc. in Washington D.C.
This role will report directly to the CEO and offer opportunities to support public health initiatives through collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of professional supervisory/management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a business field, and relevant experience in program management, personnel management, and project management.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting weekly status review meetings, reviewing contractual requirements, developing weekly reports on project progress, and implementing a communications plan across tasks/subtasks.
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per annum.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in a business field (e.g., Program Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Economics)
- Minimum of six years of professional supervisory/management experience
- Project Management Professional Certification is preferred
- Relevant experience must be in program management (e.g., trend and forecast analysis, earned value management, cost benefit analysis, balanced scorecard, activity-based costing, life cycle cost estimating, activity-based budgeting, and gap analysis), personnel management, and project management (e.g., communications plan development, risk management, project management frameworks such as Agile, resource planning and management, conflict management and resolution)
