Heery is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing construction projects for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to monitor construction projects for clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Owner/Architects regularly.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
  • Review status of work completed during the period covered.
  • Review that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
  • Review contractors' direct cost payment requisitions and budget status.

The salary range for this full-time role is $120,000-$150,000 per year. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
