Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Sales teams with reports, spreadsheets, filing, and general administration.
- Ensure customer contracts are renewed on time and track, monitor, and maintain accurate records.
- Support Sales team in preparing quotations, tenders, and bids, as well as contracts renewal.
- Record and input sales orders and legal completions into the sales ordering system.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Business Unit.
- Support in tenders presentation and submission.
- Support order processing functions, such as costing sheets and hosting agreements.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection.
- Support marketing activities, such as website updates and customer events.
- Verify POs/ISRs from internal and external customers to ensure accuracy.
- Provide clear instructions to Sales Support & Logistics Management team upon receiving customer POs.
- Monitor inventory stock levels.
- Follow up on incoming stocks from vendors and inform customers on delivery dates.
- Provide administrative support for the Business Unit.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administrative roles.
- Sales support or related skills are essential.
- Excellent numeracy skills and ability to work with numbers.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Basic accounting and SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Good team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS EXCEL).
