Speech Language Pathologist II Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente in Menlo Park, California.
The successful candidate will provide diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders for complex cases, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
As a Speech Language Pathologist Level II, you will oversee the work of entry-level staff, support community programs, and collaborate with physicians as treatment plans change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests, providing individualized treatment to adults and children with various communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and neurological defects.
- Advises physicians and member/caregivers of test results, collaborating with physicians as treatment plans evolve.
- Develops, implements, and maintains department policies and procedures, ensuring federal, state, and local requirements are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
- A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- A valid Speech-Language Pathologist License (California), National Provider Identifier, and Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
