Job Summary
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Level II to provide diagnosis and treatment of complex communication disorders in Menlo Park, California. As a seasoned therapist, you will oversee the work of entry-level staff, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support community programs.

Responsibilities
Evaluate and administer diagnostic tests to adults and children with various communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects. Provide individualized treatment plans and advise physicians and caregivers on test results. Collaborate with physicians to update treatment plans and participate in staff development through training and in-service programs. Monitor contract therapists and patient care in non-Kaiser facilities. Serve as a consultant on interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology. Minimum two years of experience as a Speech Therapist. Speech-Language Pathologist License (California). National Provider Identifier. Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate. Basic Life Support required at hire. Knowledge of federal, state, and local requirements. Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
