Position Overview
The Aesthetic Sales Associate (ASA) plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the aesthetic market while assisting the designated Sales division. This position is responsible for driving sales performance within the specific Aesthetic business unit (Facial) and the Inside Sales team. The ASA will enhance sales revenue by managing existing accounts, nurturing leads in assigned regions, and addressing inquiries from non-target accounts.
The ASA will deliver training on AbbVie’s aesthetic products and programs through virtual education sessions, utilizing marketing tools to boost awareness and understanding of the aesthetic market and our brands. Collaboration with sales management and peers is essential to support sales objectives and meet customer training and education needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sales through effective phone and virtual communication, managing sales activities independently within a designated territory.
- Utilize competitive Inside Sales techniques to achieve sales targets, focusing on market growth and enhancing customer experience.
- Provide support to accounts in regions with vacancies or leaves of absence, ensuring consistent communication with management and peers.
- Assist new and existing accounts by managing sample allocations, placing orders, and providing marketing materials.
- Participate in marketing initiatives aligned with the strategic priorities of the business unit.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a Bachelor’s degree required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are essential. A proven track record in sales performance or exceptional customer service is preferred, with at least one year of experience in the aesthetic industry.
