Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional individual to serve as our Developer Relations Manager, EMEA, responsible for growing Circle's developer advocacy strategies and engaging with developers in the EMEA region.

This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional developer experiences, a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with developers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic developer growth and engagement strategies in the EMEA region, contributing directly to Circle's GTM objectives.
  2. Own local events, meetups, and hackathons focused on educational initiatives, showcasing Circle's expertise and thought leadership.
  3. Attend, speak, and present at crypto and blockchain conferences targeted at developers and builders, promoting Circle's reputation as a trusted and transparent partner.
  4. Create high-quality content to build Circle's reputation as a leader in the crypto and blockchain space.
  5. Champion customer needs in the rapidly evolving crypto and blockchain problem space, ensuring Circle's solutions meet the needs of developers and partners.
  6. Collaborate with ecosystem partners in the EMEA region to amplify Circle's transparency and trust with developers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a developer and/or DevRel advocate, ideally in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional developer experiences and a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain space.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with developers and partners.
  • Fluency with at least one programming language and familiarity with Solidity.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
