We are in search of skilled Barbers who are enthusiastic about imparting their knowledge to aspiring professionals entering the field. This role includes compensated training and the necessary state qualifications to obtain a licensed Instructor status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assigned lessons with support from the Education Coach & Program Team Lead
  • Assist students in achieving their maximum potential in mastering course material

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Barber
  • Valid State of Michigan Barber license
  • Familiarity with Aveda products/services/curriculum is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold others accountable
