Job Overview

At Shihadeh Investments Inc, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and supervising a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, financial management, and ensure every aspect of the store and deli is well-organized and efficient.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, resolve any issues, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
  • Inventory Management: Order and stock groceries, deli products, and liquor, ensuring the store is always fully stocked with fresh, high-quality products.
  • Deli Management: Supervise food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and oversee the presentation of deli items.
  • Budget and Reporting: Monitor sales, control costs, and prepare regular financial reports to ensure the store meets its goals.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store layout that enhances the customer shopping experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, liquor license, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior management experience, preferably in retail, grocery, or food service.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent service to every customer.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong inventory management, budgeting, and reporting skills.
