Store Manager Job Description

At Joe & The Juice, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of inclusivity and social ties.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement, training completion, and employee turnover.
  • Implement a guest-first approach, building strong relationships with our local community to increase guest loyalty.
  • Manage store shift plans, workflows, and inventory to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Deliver on sales and productivity targets, balancing waste, DOC, salary cost, and overhead costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
  • Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
  • Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
