Job Title: Store Manager

CH Carolina Herrera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion brands
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
