Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage inventory control, scheduling, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
