About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced professional to oversee patient interactions and experiences across our retail clinics. You'll drive revenue growth, manage administrative tasks, and ensure seamless clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory control, scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
