Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk staff, training, and development
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently
  • Coordinating room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring seamless front office operations and driving revenue growth
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and additional compensation. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems
