Job Title: Technical Program Manager, Reality Labs Research

At Meta, we're pushing the boundaries of augmented reality. As a Technical Program Manager in Reality Labs Research, you'll be a key member of a multidisciplinary team driving our efforts to understand human and machine perception. Your goal will be to accelerate development by eliminating barriers, clearly communicating results, and ensuring a long-term strategy remains in focus.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with a cross-functional team to set clear deliverables and milestones for high-quality device software and services.
  • Identify project scope, requirements, constraints, dependencies, and risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the research team, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Effectively communicate program goals, status, and project risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing software products and cloud services.
  • Working knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDL).
  • Proven project management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-group collaboration skills.
