About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Search & Discover Experience engineering organization. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with the Senior Director of Software Engineering and work alongside peers, including Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors across various teams, to drive key initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Support multiple engineering and product teams within the Search & Discover Experience organization, facilitating the development of innovative tools, systems, and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams across the Customer Engineering and Services (CES) organization, including Shopping, Growth, Mobile & Web Platform teams, Customer AI, and Rentals.
  • Manage the lifecycle and execution of critical initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and effective communication across functions.
  • Develop standard methodologies for improving operational efficiencies and customize program management processes to align with the specific requirements of the team.
  • Drive large-scale programs to achieve organizational goals, maintaining and reporting on program status, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Engage with leadership effectively and propose enhancements to system architecture and technical designs, focusing on workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, and quality support requirements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Search & Discover leadership team, challenging our thinking while supporting execution.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $140, $225,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
