  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of flight operations, including crew training, aircraft maintenance, and passenger safety
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and administration, to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular meetings with crew members to discuss operational issues, provide feedback, and address concerns
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure crew members are up-to-date on the latest procedures and regulations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current and qualified to hold the crewmember supervisor position assigned within an account
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative
  • Self-motivated and independent problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to travel, as needed
Education and Work Experience
  • Hold the qualifications and certificates to be a pilot or PIC
  • Bachelor's degree or, equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three (3) years aviation management experience
