POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role within Agri Beef's Marketing Division, specifically focusing on the direct-to-consumer segment. This area is dedicated to promoting high-quality beef and pork products directly to consumers through online platforms. The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by offering product insights, addressing product-related inquiries, and ensuring comprehensive customer support.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, time management, and teamwork abilities while collaborating with colleagues to proactively assess the company's vision and strategy. This position is demanding and customer-centric, situated within a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and web chat, assisting current and prospective customers by responding to inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, proposing and explaining optimal solutions, facilitating corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Advise management on potential products or services by gathering customer feedback and analyzing their needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives to connect customers with Agri Beef's brand offerings.
  • Research industry data and trends, identifying key sources and influencers that resonate with our target demographics.
  • Enhance job knowledge through participation in educational programs and reviewing industry publications.
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
  • Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business is preferred but not essential.
