Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Service: Participate in daily skill building with residents, focusing on personal care, independent living, and community involvement. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Program Implementation and Development: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. Attend staff meetings and provide case management as assigned.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records, incident reports, and other daily functions.

Requirements:
