Para Educator

The Para Educator will work closely with the Education Team to ensure the safety and well-being of students while participating in the education program. This role requires a supportive and collaborative individual who can assist educators and supervise students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supported instruction and assessment to students as outlined by the teacher.
Assist with wake-up duties, behavioral interventions, and substitute lessons as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance and daily logs.
Supervise transitional times, lunch, and school ending activities for student accountability.
Participate in mandated and assigned professional trainings offered in the program.
Maintain certification in CPR/First-Aid and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Ability to work collaboratively with the Education Team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to program philosophy.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
