Job Summary

As the MRI Program Director at the Center for Biomedical Research Support, you will lead the MR component of the BIC's scientific and educational mission. This role involves supervising the MRI team and overseeing the management of the clinical and preclinical MR systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new MRI methods and services on the Center's MRI systems.
  • Coordinate educational and training programs regarding MR imaging and spectroscopy, including curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with the support team to provide advanced technical support to BIC users for human and pre-clinical MR imaging and spectroscopy.
  • Represent the Center's MR operations to the research community and perform local outreach concerning BIC's resources and services.
