We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated tax professional to join our team in Towson, MD. This position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment, allowing you to balance in-office and remote responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to grow in a collaborative, client-focused setting.
Responsibilities- Prepare individual, business, and trust & estate tax returns.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation and planning.
- Work closely with clients to ensure performance of tax planning and special projects.
- Conduct final reviews of completed tax returns/forms, suggesting necessary edits prior to filing.
- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues as needed.
- 5+ years of tax preparation and research experience, with an emphasis on income tax returns preferred.
- 1+ year of final tax return sign-off experience.
- Current CPA (Active Status) or EA Certification / Designation.
- Experience with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred) and Office software (MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe).
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
