About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing firm with a strong presence in the US and globally. You will work closely with clients to provide tax advisory and compliance services, leveraging your expertise in federal tax laws and regulations. With a strong focus on client service and collaboration, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tax advisory and compliance services to clients across various industries
• Conduct research on tax issues and develop recommendations for clients
• Collaborate with senior professionals to deliver complex tax projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, and sufficient course work and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state you are being considered. You will also have at least 2 years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm. Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. A strong understanding of Microsoft Suite software is also required.

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP offers a competitive salary range of $74,140 to $130,880. The actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
