Job Summary:

Capital Caring Health is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team. As a key ambassador for our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business-development relationships with key accounts and referral sources to improve patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and business leaders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 3-5 years of professional sales experience, including account planning and profiling in an incentive environment
  • Healthcare-related experience and experience in a related healthcare field (financial, hospital, long-term care, and assisted living) and familiarity with Medicare reimbursement (hospice, home health, HME) is desired
  • Driver's license in good standing and access to a vehicle during working hours
