We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at a school district near Des Moines, IA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, onsite position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Iowa and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or group support to students with behavioral needs
  • Record and analyze data to inform behavior reduction protocols
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Iowa
