About the Internship

Everlight Solar is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Value-Creation Intern. This 12-16 week internship is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business development and scalability, while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth.
  • Developing Key Skills: Acquire strong problem-solving skills through 1-on-1 training with top company representatives and actively participate in company training sessions.
  • Market Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop a firm understanding of business practices, including market analysis, KPI reporting, and technology trends, to inform business decisions.
  • Personal Development and Growth: Participate in company book reviews, practice mental discipline, and strive for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant accredited undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Minimum of one or more years of coursework towards a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program.
  • Proficient in iOS and mobile software programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to memorize and comprehend industry-critical information.
  • Self-Starter and flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
