Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mortgage Industry Experience: Previous experience in the mortgage industry, including loan servicing, underwriting, or closing.
  • Customer Service Certification: Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or equivalent certification.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
