  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control systems, including sampling programs and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with SQF Code certification requirements and maintain Food Safety and Food Quality systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for quality control personnel.
  • Monitor and analyze quality control metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably USDA.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • SQF Practitioner or GFSI experience – or willingness to obtain.
