Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. This role will be based onsite in San Diego and will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive lead generation and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales development metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and manage tools and systems to optimize sales prospecting and lead management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passion for sales and driving business growth in the life sciences sector.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
