We are seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our travel nursing team in Billings, Montana. As a CNO, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of nursing leadership experience, with a strong background in surgical services. You must also have two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is required, and a Master's degree from an accredited university is preferred.

In addition to your educational qualifications, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals. You will also need to have a strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations, as well as experience with quality improvement initiatives.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
