Job Summary:

Primoris is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contracts department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of contracts, exhibits, and other documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, exhibits, and other documents, including version history and file repositories.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the contracts team, including organizing file structures, drafting reports, and distributing information to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.
  • Project Support: Assist with project-related tasks, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating daily responsibilities.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam.

What We Offer:

Primoris offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$78,000, depending on experience.
