  • Generate necessary import paperwork and delivery orders.

  • Request and obtain required documents from overseas partners and clients.
  • Facilitate timely payment processing.
  • Coordinate trucking services to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Oversee surface transportation logistics to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments within Nissin.
  • Perform data entry and maintain records using Nissin's import system and Oracle financial systems.
  • Ensure timely cargo pick-up and delivery.
  • Verify that all documentation is properly organized and filed.
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities at the warehouse.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Follow directives from supervisors and management.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the transportation sector is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
