About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, nurses, and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care according to individual physician orders
  • Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and provide treatments as ordered
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Specialty certification (e.g. CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $52.20, as well as opportunities for premium differential pay and educational assistance. Our Float Pool team is designed to value flexibility, and we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment.
