Position Summary:

The Transformation Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale, intricate initiatives that span multiple functions, often involving complex technical elements aimed at transforming business domains in a fast-paced setting. This position requires a transformation expert who understands the company's long-term vision and industry trends while providing practical insights for implementing change effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing interdependencies effectively.
  • Create program documentation, including roadmaps and risk assessments, while providing updates to senior leadership to ensure transparency.

  • Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure program execution aligns with approved financial plans.
  • Monitor progress against established timelines, formulating risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across the organization, partnering with sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
  • Clarify program objectives and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to corporate strategy planning by providing insights for current and future initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of project/program management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Extensive experience in technical project management; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute large-scale programs effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering trust and collaboration in dynamic environments.
  • Strong accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable tasks.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent networking skills to build partnerships across functions.
  • Proficient in decision-making processes, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to work.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies, including waterfall, hybrid, and agile frameworks.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $200,000, determined based on individual skills and experience. Our total rewards package includes eligibility for an annual bonus, comprehensive medical plans, life insurance, retirement plans with employer contributions, generous paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
