Job Title: Product Owner (AML)Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our AML product development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align product development with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Assess value development cases and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
  • Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint release goals
  • Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant banking experience in AML domain
  • Strong skills in managing databases, organization, configuration, and maintenance of large sets of data
  • Data analysis skills to make informed decisions about product success
  • Experience in A/B testing to make data-driven decisions and improve product performance
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of DevOps
  • Experience in AML Solutions Implementation
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in AML Regulations Process
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Financial Risk and Financial Crime
  • Experience in Transaction Monitoring and Sanction Screening
  • Excellent understanding of AML and Financial Market terminology
  • AML investigatory experience and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of customer verification processing and customer identification procedure requirements
