Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage weeding and maintenance of planting areas and perennial beds
  • Clean hardscape surfaces
  • Perform raking duties
  • Assist with mulching tasks
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors

Required Qualifications*

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Capability to engage in a variety of physical activities, including pushing, pulling, kneeling, and reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively and following instructions from colleagues, supervisors, clients, and facility managers.

Work Schedule

Schedules may vary by crew, but most temporary grounds maintenance workers typically work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Compensation

The starting pay for this temporary position is $17.00.
