Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless check-in and check-out services to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
  • Stay informed about hotel activities and events, and share this knowledge with our guests to enhance their experience.
  • Offer expert advice on hotel policies, amenities, and services, ensuring our guests feel valued and supported.
  • Collaborate with the previous shift and management team to maintain high standards of customer service and employee training.
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • You'll need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • A clean background check and reliable transportation are mandatory.
  • You'll also need solid basic accounting and math skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
