Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space. As a key player in our recruiting team, you will source candidates using advanced Boolean searches, manage job postings, and oversee the entire candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and planning recruiting efforts to identify top candidates in the Low Voltage and Network Infrastructure space.
  • Conducting advanced Boolean searches across resume databases to find suitable talent.
  • Managing job postings, qualifying applicants, and overseeing the entire candidate pipeline.
  • Utilizing resume databases and employ invite-to-apply strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborating with the Recruiting Department to develop effective posting strategies and referral networks.
  • Maintaining and expanding a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Partnering with associations and educational institutions to establish robust talent pipelines.
  • Organizing active field employees and prospective candidates based on geography and skillset to maximize field staff utilization.
  • Spearheading the development of referral networks to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Assisting the Recruiting team in setting up templates and strategies for communication tools.
  • Keeping recruitment tools up to date with relevant talent pool information.
  • Importing candidate data from external sources into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication campaigns for recruiting ramp-ups in collaboration with the Recruiting Department.
Salary and Benefits:
